Luciano is the announcer in Enchancia's annual Harvest Festival. He only appears in the episode "The Amulet and the Anthem", where he announced that Sofia was to sing the anthem. Afterwards, he tells her to meet people, get gifts, and rehearse the song. Luciano also tells Sofia to get interviewed by newspapers. When Sofia starts croaking during the rehearsal due to bragging to Ruby and Jade, who wanted to sing it too, Luciano tells her to get some rest. Later, after Luciano introduced her again, Sofia makes it up to Ruby and Jade by letting them sing the anthem, breaking her curse. Luciano appears to be of Italian descent, basing off his accent.
