Sam Riegel is an American voice actor, screenwriter, director, and singer, who has appeared in various cartoons, anime, and video game series. He is best known for voicing Phoenix Wright in the Marvel vs. Capcom 3: Fate of Two Worlds video game, and Donatello in the 2003 series Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and the 2009 television film Turtles Forever. For Sofia the First and Elena of Avalor, he is a voice director.
